Yes. We support API integration with major Korean EMR systems (Uirang, Boas, Bitcomputer, etc.). For systems without an API, we use a data bridge approach. Compatibility is confirmed during the initial diagnostic consulting stage.
Q.How is 'additional acquired patient' calculated?
We set a baseline using the average number of new patients in the 3 months before implementation. Each month, KRW 100 is charged per new patient above that baseline. In months where the count is at or below baseline, the subscription fee is KRW 0.
Q.How long does it take to see GEO results?
Changes in AI search visibility are typically measurable within 4–8 weeks after implementation. New patient acquisition growth varies by specialty and competitive landscape, but most hospitals see meaningful change within 3 months.
Q.What happens if we need changes or new features after the app launches?
The Full AX Package includes 1 year of maintenance (bug fixes, OS update compatibility). New feature additions are quoted separately, and existing clients receive priority scheduling.
Q.Is there a hospital size requirement?
We work with all sizes, from individual clinics to general hospitals. GEO keyword strategy and EMR integration scope are tailored to your specialty, which is finalized during the initial consulting stage.
Q.Is there a minimum contract period?
We recommend a minimum 6-month subscription after the initial build. After 6 months, you can continue month-to-month or cancel. Upon cancellation, all configuration files and data are transferred to you.
